Doors open for networking and registration at 12:30 p.m., at the Aurora Cultural Centre. Should you have any inquiries, please contact us using the Contact Form or at outreach(at)wcyork.ca.

Any special dietary requests must be sent via email to the WCYR Meeting Coordinator, Gail Sellers meetings(at)wcyork.ca before Thursday NOON to guarantee a special meal request. This will serve two purposes: to give WCYR meeting planners an accurate estimate of the number of registrations and provide Chef Deb with sufficient lead time for food purchasing/preparation. Due to the fact that Chef Deb prepares fresh menu selections for every meeting, WCYR may not be able to accommodate special requests after the Thursday cut-off time.

Members who register in advance pay $20 to attend the meeting. A lunch is provided for those who wish to eat.

Non-members who register in advance pay $25. If, after attending the meeting, a non-member chooses to join that afternoon, the $5.00 difference in meeting fee is applied as a credit toward the membership. (i.e., the membership would cost $45 that day). An additional $5 will be charged at the door for those who have not pre-registered.
