The YWC is looking for authors, publishers, and print-related businesses to help subsidize our conference perks.
It takes a village to run a conference and in order to keep costs low, we would love a little help from our friends. If you are interested in getting the word out about your book or company, we will include posted flyers in key areas around the conference centre and other perks celebrating your wonderful generosity.
If you’d like to donate $20 or more toward our “morning muffin” fund simply add it to your registration. If you can contribute a gift basket to our raffle for day-of advertising, contact MJ Moores at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Your donation perks will be determined by the donation level (every little bit helps us make the YWC a truly memorable experience).
$20.00 donation: includes a listing of your or your business in our program book.
$50.00 donation: includes the above perks, plus two 8″x11″ flyer/posters of you, your book, or your business listed next to what your donation went toward (i.e. the muffin table).
$100.00 donation: includes the above perks, plus 2 social media mentions leading up to the day of the event, a mention in the WCYR newsletter which goes out to over 300 subscribers, and a thank you posted on our blog.
Gift Basket donation: provides the same advertising as the $50.00 option.
