Writing Great Dialogue
One of the simplest ways to improve your writing is to learn the basics of good dialogue. This workshop starts with the mechanics of dialogue (dialogue tags and action tags), then explores importance of character voice for making dialogue shine. Submit a short piece of dialogue to have it analyzed by the group. Instructions for submitting will be given out the week before the workshop.
AGM and workshop will be via Webex, Sunday, July 12th, 2020, 1:00 – 4:00pm. Tickets are free, but space is limited. Pre-registration ends July 10, 2020. Please register below. Come for just the AGM or stay for the dialogue workshop. Instructions for logging into Webex will be sent the week before the meeting.
