Join us for our November workshop in Newmarket. We will begin our ‘in real life’ afternoon event with some networking time and light refreshments.
WCYR is pleased to have Bruce A. Hanson (a.k.a. Robert Rime) facilitate a workshop for us. Bruce is an award-winning writer. He is the author of Double Cross, a mystery/thriller for all ages. His children’s picture book, Elephants in My Stew was published under his pen name, Robert Rime.
Is it time to up your ante? In this workshop, Bruce will help us to discover why we need tension and suspense in all genres of fiction. We will learn about twenty techniques for pulling the reader into our pages and will use some of these techniques in writing activities.
Bring your loonies and toonies for the raffle. Dare to share your accolades. Bring a friend. Lug your mug. We can’t wait to spend time learning together.
