This workshop will use the best practices from the IT world to enable writers to optimize their time, prioritize their tasks, and achieve what is most important. These practices will help writers focus, set meaningful goals, improve their productivity, and achieve balance. Topics include The Rule of 3, Hot Spots, Triage Your Tasks, Big Rock Time Boxing, and Power Hours / Creative Hours.

Workshop will be held on Thursday, November 22nd, 2018, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Newmakeit in Newmarket. Registration closes November 20th, 2018. No walk-ins will be permitted.
Craig Hodgins has worked in the IT industry for 36 years in performance management, product management, and project management. Craig has studied and used many self-management techniques, including the latest “agile” frameworks. Craig has spoken at many conferences and has authored several technical articles.
