|Short Description of Yourself||
I teach medieval studies at the University of Toronto, and have published plenty of “academic stuff,” but I also enjoy writing things that people might enjoy reading. I have written a memoir about my missionary kid days (Missionary Kid: How I Learned to Say Goodbye, Amazon) and am currently working on a middle-grade novel. My textbook, Film Music: An Introduction in 11 Takes, will come out in the fall of 2021 with Oxford University Press.
