Jessica Van de Kemp, OCT (BA, B.Ed, MA) is an award-winning educator, researcher, and writer at the University of Waterloo, where she is currently completing a PhD in English. Her poem, “Slant of the Girl,” was shortlisted for the 2015 Montreal International Poetry Prize, judged by Eavan Boland.
