The Bookshelf Book Fair

This is an outdoor event that will run rain or shine (unless otherwise notified).

We are separate from the Farmers Market but “nearby” to encourage organic foot traffic. We cannot guarantee the number of potential buyers or sales for this event. However, we encourage all participants to share news of the book fair via social media and word of mouth/print posters.

One seller per table or booth unless pre-authorized by the Bookshelf team. Contact specialopportunities@wcyork.ca before registering.

Note: If you select an “Outdoor Table” then we will provide a section of canopy covering for you to set up your own table and chair in a 6 foot space. If you select an “Outdoor Booth” then we will provide you with a 10’x10′ space to set up your own canopy and display area within that space, and bring your own tent weights (5lbs per leg min).

Spots will be assigned, not requested. You will handle your own product/money. We will have 1-2 volunteers available to monitor your table/booth in case you’d like to leave and buy yourself something to eat/drink.

Space is limited and the registration window is short, so don’t delay or you may miss out on this year’s opportunity.
