As all participants at WCYR Bookselling events represent the WCYR as an organization it is important that we present ourselves with appropriate professionalism and respect, both for visitors and our fellow booksellers. As such, please try to adhere to these basic guidelines:

1. Present yourself in a professional manner
2. Demonstrate courtesy and respect in all communication with attendees and other authors
3. Refrain from any form of discriminatory behavior
4. Do not include inappropriate or offensive materials amongst your displayed items (at the discretion of the event organizer)
5. Keep all banners and displays on or behind your assigned table space
6. Do not use aggressive selling tactics (including calling out to attendees, or approaching them as they pass by) – please remain behind your assigned table, and allow visitors to approach you only if they are interested
