The WCYR is here to inform our membership about upcoming events, share writing tips and best practices, and provide opportunities to celebrate your achievements.

If you have a book you’d like to promote, have an item to include in our newsletter, or an article to post on our website and social media, then you’re on the right page.

Submit a News Item

If you would like to submit information about an event you are organizing or participating in, or would like to share an event of interest to writers, please complete the form on the right.

New Book Releases

If you would like to submit a request to promote a new book release, please use this Google Form.

Please allow a minimum of 7 days between submission of items for social media and posting date. Also note that there might be a waiting period before blog items can be posted.

By submitting a blog post, you confirm that you are the legal representative and copyright holder for the content provided.

All promotional posts are free for members. Members have the opportunity to earn free tickets to paid events by sharing multiple posts.

Posts by non-members may require compensation, such as (but not limited to) providing the WCYR with a copy of their book or a free ticket for an event to be raffled off to our membership or payment in exchange for posting.
