Which writers inspire you and why?
My father was the first writer I was inspired by. He is a historian, and I like real stories and histories.
Eckhart Tolle—he writes about his experience and real life. After I read his books, I had a better understanding of how to be present, and a guide to spiritual enlightenment, in particular, The Power of Now. He writes nonfiction.
The Night, by Elly Wills, who writes about his real life story, the genocide of his nation, which is equivalent to my story, from memory. It’s a real life story, non fiction.
Also, many other writers who teach us to understand the real world
Do you have a current work in progress? Can you tell us a bit about it?
I am about to write a novel based on a real-life story, a lie of love. A young lady falls in love with a narcissist doctor. The doctor takes advantage of her kindness and threatens to kill himself if she doesn’t marry him. After the marriage, he threatens to kill her or himself if she separates from him.
Why do you write?
I love to write. I will be the voice for those who don’t have a voice for justice. I’ve found that writing is a healing process after pain, or if you’re a surviver from war, abuse, or any distress you might have in your life. Also, I believe I was born with the gift of writing.
