Kyle Andrews has assumed the mantle of his father, under his own terms, with his friend and mentor Gillian holding the key to Tom Mason’s ultimate reality engine. But this power carries a responsibility, and consequences he does not yet understand. All manipulation comes at a price.
For Kyle, boundaries and limits no longer exist. His vision extends forward, guides his future along a chosen path. Even time itself is his to control. Yet he quickly discovers that for every such action, there is a cost. A cost far higher than he is prepared to pay.
Kyle draws on the support of Holly and Suzanne, relying also on Rena’s wisdom and insight in his renewed battle to manage the aftermath of his father’s actions. With both Gillian and Cyndi advising him from within, he fights to restore balance to the world, eliminate the ongoing threat of Ice-Eyes and others like him, bring new hope to a troubled planet. But he begins to realize that there is no escaping the relentless, ever-growing shadow that pursues him, a darkness of his own making. There may be only one way that he can truly live with what he has learned, what he has done, and what he still must do. Will he have the strength to take that step, risk all in a single, desperate action?
BOOK 2 of the Black Snow Series, Seeking Yesterday takes us on Kyle’s journey to discover the possibilities and opportunities that arise when you wield ultimate control over reality. But it is also an exploration into the consequences of employing such power, the burden imposed on anyone attempting to manipulate the future. The path forward is always a tortuous one. And there is truly no way to take back what you have done.
