Description
This seminar for authors to discuss the “How to’s” and challenges of book consignment to large and small bookstores along with my experience on consignment fees and sales expectation. I will provide sales techniques and table set ups that have worked for me as well as what not to do. I will also discuss my experiences with Indigo, independent bookstores, markets, arts and craft fairs and other event. I can optionally provide exercises where willing participants can practice via role playing. I will touch on stories about people I have met while “on the job.”
